Join us on October 30th in the parking lot at the Strathcona Paper Centre for an afternoon filled with fun and treats!
This event is a safe and accessible way for children to trick or treat and celebrate Halloween. The event is free, however, we ask that participants have a car trunk or table decorated with candy ready to hand out. October 30th, 2022 from 1 pm - 3 pm at the Strathcona Paper Centre, Napanee
