Parrott Art Gallery Belleville Public Library, 254 Pinnacle Street, Belleville Join us for the opening reception of Expressions: Legacy, the Quinte Arts Council’s celebrated biennial juried exhibition, showcasing powerful works by artists across the Quinte region. Exhibition runs from May 15 - June 14, 2025. This year’s theme, Legacy, invites artists to explore the marks we leave behind—through culture, memory, environment, and identity.
